In 1990 we imported frozen semen from the Colsidex Kennels from the # 1 Weim at that time Am Ch. Colsidex Nani Reprint
This was to be used on Tia. The semen was lost in transit and found in Queensland. Tia was already in season and ready for the progesterone tests to be commenced when it arrived.

The 'N' litter was born. 9 pups from frozen semen at that time was quite a breakthrough. This was a superb litter. 6 of these were sold for showing and produced 3 Grand Champions the only litter to date in Australasia to attain this record. One pup sold to Mt. Isa was killed in an unfortunate accident at 6 months of age but had already won 2 CC's.

Mr. Print was owned in partnership with Jessie Hughes in South Australia. Print was a multiple Best in Show, multiple Specialty & Royal Best of breed winner. 

Gr. Ch.. Grauhund Nikkitah (AI) 

Owned in partnership with Simon & Karen Mills in Canberra. Nicki was also a multiple Best in Show, multiple Specialty & Royal Best of Breed winner. She gained her championship at 11 months of age, the same day as her litter sister Holly in a different state. 

Aust Ch. Grauhund New Man in Town (AI) - Echo

Echo was owned by Grauhund Knls. but lived with Jeanene & David Short. Echo was another one who was a Best in Show & multiple specially winner. When he died he had 3,500 points and needed one CC to qualify him for his Grand Championship title, this would have the fourth in this litter.

Ch. Grauhund Nite Reflection (AI) owed by Sue & Rick Culbert was a multiple Group & In show winner. 

Aust Gr. Ch. Grauhund Nite Moves (AI). - Holly

Holly, along with her sister Nicki would have to be the two top bitches this country has seen for many years. 
Multiple Best in shows, multiple Specialties, multiple Royal Best in Groups & Runner/Up in Group and to date the first and only Weimaraner bitch to ever win a Best in Show at a Royal Show which she did when she was 2 years old. 
Holly retired from showing duties at 12 years of age winning the veterans class under Gundog specialist and all breeds judge Mr. Guy Spagnolo.

Ch. Grauhund Luvn the Rocks was bred but only produced one pup in each litter. Unfortunately she was not a good producer.

Ch. Grauhund Nite Reflection (AI) was bred to Ch. Bromhund Galaxie and produced 2 Champions. N. Z. Ch. Grauhund Sabre to Beaulyn owned by Barbara Rusbridge & Ch. Grauhund Skys th Limit owned by Sue & Rick Culbert. 
Both of these dogs are In Group winners.

Holly's first litter was to Ch. Trupoint Rave Review and produced 2 Champions :

Arnold was retained by us and was a multiple Group winner but most of all the character at Grauhund. He was the best judge of people checking out all the puppy buyers to make sure they were okay. He used to bring his teddy to show people his favourite posession.

 We exported his sister to New Zealand. 

N.Z. Ch. Grauhund To Hot to Handle 

Owned by Andrea McInroe. Both of these Weims are multiple Best in Group & In Show winners. Tori is still enjoying old age with Andrea now living in Mildura.

Holly's second litter born to Gr. Ch. Talfryn Spring Madness(AI). 
This produced 3 champions: 

Ch. Grauhund Whispering Jack owned by Sharon Sabbatini is an In Show winner. 

          Ch. Grauhund Winnie the Pooh

          Owned by Marilyn McCarthy in Bundaberg. Harley is now 11.5 yrs and still enjoying life to the fullest.        Another very much loved Weimaraner. Thank you Marilyn for giving Harley such a wonderful home. Harley was a multiple In group winner.


          Aust Ch. Grauhund Windn the Willows

Wispa who we kept, is a multiple Best in Group and Specialty Class in Show winner. 
Whispa is retired from showing and concentrating on maternal duties where she appears to be excelling. Her first litter to Levi has produced 2 New Zealand Champions who are multiple In Group winners. Her daughter from the repeat mating, Ch Grauhund Moulen Rouge, is a multiple In Show winner. Whispa was a multiple Best in Group and In Show winner always managing her class in Show at Specialties. A very elegant bitch with clean lines and wonderful temperament.

We kept a bitch - Ch. Grauhund Vanilla Slice. 

          Aust Ch. Grauhund Vanilla Slice 

Slice is a Best in Show winner, multiple Best in Group & Specialty C.C. winner.  She was bred to our English import Ch. Gunalt Clowning Around at Grauhund (Imp UK) and produced 2 superb bitches: Ch. Grauhund Caramel Slice and Grauhund Chocolat Crackle. Unfortunately Scarlett didn't like the showring so this was never pursued, however she has produced some wonderful puppies. Her son Ch. Grauhund Kalvin Klein was a big winning dog.

Juggler multi Group and  In Show winner he has produced a number of Champions all have his fantastic lovable temperament.

          Ch. Grauhund Caramel Slice - Martha

Martha was not cut out to be a show girl. She would rather be home on the bed, however she was a consistent winner being a Best in Group and Class in Group winner. She has produced some delightful puppies. Unfortunately she was bitten by a snake and did not survive.

Holly was bred to Aust. Gr.Ch. Amer/Can Ch. Divani Loads A Trouble (AI), this litter was excellent ! 
Three champions were bred from this combination. One we exported to Ann & David Porter in New Zealand -

A multiple Best in Group, R/U Best in Show and specialty Best in Show winner. Still winning at 9 years of age.


          Ch. Grauhund A Nite to Remembr 

Who lives with Jeanene, Katrina and David Short is also a multiple In Group winner. Flint did not like the showring so once he became a Champion we retired him.

Flirt was kept by us. Flirt is a multiple Best in Group, specialty Class in Show & In Show winner. Flirt always manages to be in the winners circle at specialties and Royals nearly always winning her class in show. She is a very elegant bitch, beautiful breed type with ground covering movement. She has a sweet loving temperament. Her first two litters to Amer./Aust. Gr Ch. Colsidex Grauhund Just Jeans (Imp USA) has produced Ch Grauhund Heartbreaker, Ch Grauhund Nite Lights & Ch. Grauhund Naughty but Nice.
